How much does Semaglutide cost?

What is the process of getting a prescription?
First, complete the intake form below. Once you submitted the form, a licensed physician reviews your information to decide if treatment is right for you. In most cases, no additional screening tests are needed, but your doctor may request them depending on your chosen prescription.
If your intake can be reviewed electronically, you’ll hear back from us within 48 hours. If a telehealth visit is required by your state’s regulations or your preference, we’ll send available times to schedule a call. In that case, the process may take 5–7 days.
After approval, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy and delivered directly to your door.

Why do you take my credit card information before I have been approved?
