What is the process of getting a prescription?
First, complete the intake form below. Once you submitted the form, a licensed physician reviews your information to decide if treatment is right for you. In most cases, no additional screening tests are needed, but your doctor may request them depending on your chosen prescription.
If your intake can be reviewed electronically, you’ll hear back from us within 48 hours. If a telehealth visit is required by your state’s regulations or your preference, we’ll send available times to schedule a call. In that case, the process may take 5–7 days.
After approval, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy and delivered directly to your door.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes! We accept both FSA and HSA cards.
Why do you take my credit card information before I have been approved?
While you provide your information, you will NOT be charged for your prescription until you are approved by our physician. In an effort to provide quick and easy service, having your credit card details completed will expedite prescription fulfillment once approved. You won’t need to go back in and check out.
Your credit card will not be charged if you are disapproved for a presscription. If you choose to cancel or not continue once approved, you will be charged for the medical review application fee.
Will I be given my prescription to take to my pharmacy?
No. All prescriptions are generated by Ness physicians and fulfilled by our partner pharmacies. Medication is then shipped directly to you. An existing prescription is not required to participate.
